This one star was only so that I may leave a comment about the professionalism and rudeness of this business. Lexi at the front desk is rude. Manager is never there to speak with for any matter. This establishment believe in charging your card without any authorization for any fees outside of initial invoice. We were given a rental trailer with 4 bad tires that did not and a trailer with a stem pin that was already loose. How do we know the stem pin was loose? A mechanic that came to change the blowouts while in the city on ... read more
