Great place!!
I have no problem with the doctor I saw. Staff at the front desk are awful. The lady I dealt with yesterday, truly lives up to her name Karen. Went for a scheduled appointment only to learn they canceled it, no call, no letter, no email. Forget trying to get medication refilled, it’s been 9 days, 2 phone calls, 2 emails and 1 trip to the office.
Office is a mess! Unprofessional and disorganized. When they don’t know the answer to a question, they disconnect the call and won’t pick up attempts to call back . Constant runaround to solve issues.. they just hope you go away…
Had difficult time having prescription filled, waited a week to get a call back only to be yelled at by staff.
