Absolutely horrible. Never felt more uncomfortable and unwelcome in a Dr office
I recently switched providers for my whole family due to various reasons. I chose Karissa Madden FNP as our Dr for myself and all 4 of my children. I have tried 5 different times to get my kids in to see the Dr I switched them to, only to be told she was still on leave. Still I thought, this isn't a problem.. until it was. There was no other provider for them to see and I had to find out from a different employee, outside of this office hours, that Karissa is not returning from her leave and the office knew this months ago. ... read more
I went here for years, all the way back to the Houck era. I had no issues with Houck or Hall who replaced him. I'm an easy going guy, never complain, but this place was dreadful. From personal experience, the secretaries are miserable. Whoever the younger guy is who replaced Hall, rubbed me the wrong way. Doctor Roberson I think? I only seen him once so his name is fuzzy. I liked he was a Navy guy like me, but that was undone after the poor impression he made. I requested blood work and he refused. Why? I have no clue but wh... read more
