Dr. Constantine is fine, but they've been through several NP's over the last several years. Ever since Diana Shaw retired, that place has not been the same. I've been a patient there for over 18 years and it's slowly going downhill. Reception staff is nice and tries to be helpful, but their computer system seems so out of date that it takes a very long time to not only book an appointment, but to simply check in and for them to update vital information during the examination. As one of Dr Constantinte's longest running time as a patient, I can HONESTLY say that I would not choose any other Dr as my PCP . I have been with him seems the late 90's. He has helped me thru a very difficult and obscure medical condition. With my condition, I am seen by several specialist from Rochester to NYC. And Dr C is at the center of it all. The only draw back to St E medical group and going to hospital is you rarely see Dr C in the hospital as a patient, he is covered by hospitalist who usually don't know you as a... read more
