Horrible experience, The staff is dismissive. Dr. Roxane Handal is the worst OBGYN doctor I’ve ever had. She sent me to Wynn hospital for monitoring of my baby. She never show up to check on me. The hospital run by medical student and residents, and no one supervising them. They have no idea what they do. I had a very good experience when I had recent surgery at Wynn Hospital . Everyone was friendly, professional & well organized as soon as I arrived. The 3 nurses that primarily took care of me were excellent & I would like to mention their names so management will hopefully recognize them ! Jessica was my admitting nurse & was super friendly & professional & made me feel very comfortable. Then Alena was with me in recovery . Money hungry hacks do not go here! For starters, I called back in 2021 to see someone regarding stomach pains after eating, and granted, we were still coming out of the pandemic. I figured there would be some waiting till I was seen. Instead, I got a call back telling me to drink water and eat fruits and vegetables. Good luck. Treated worse than an animal moved from icu for breathing problems that Dr kaul refused to give me my ordered inhalers. I spoke with a hospitalist and she got them ordered and the next morning Dr kaul moved me from icu to orthopedics. Regular Dr that met with me would ask daily if I wanted a colonoscopy. Not the procedure to perform when the patient is struggling to breath. This hospital needs to be investigated for the safe treatment of patients. I reported all this and never heard back was told it could take up to 45 days.... read more

The worst healthcare in Upstate New York. If you are elderly and get admitted to ICU you will be timed on how quick you recover and then accessed & limited on how much care & medicine you receive. My husband was responding after he finally received some of the right medication after entering the hospital on a Friday afternoon. He was doomed from the start with the skeleton crew on the weekend. MVHS is a mess. Overall American healthcare is atrocious. This organization makes other lousy hospitals look like top-notch facilities. Usually when there is ineptitude there is corruption. I would urge everyone who has had problems with this organization to make a complaint to the state Attorney General, New York state medical board, the federal attorney and the FBI. Wily wife came in via ambulance and the nurses were helpful getting her settled in. After waiting in the ER for 3 hours, we never saw a doctor. We were told we’re next after I asked. 30-40 minutes later, no doctor. We are leaving without seeing a doctor.

They are wonderful. I went there with a toothache that I had for four 2months. My dentist at valley dental refused to take it out. They are very mindful to make sure ur not feeling anything before they start. The dentist that oversees the students comes and checks everything. They are very pleasant and wonderful people from when u walk in until you leave
