I was a patient of MHS for almost 14 years and because the secretary said I was yelling over the phone and said I was being rude. I got dropped from my doctor today I called in because I needed some scripts to hold me over until January 31 and of course I got a callback saying they cannot do that, but yeah, the staff out there not all of them but some of them are very unprofessional. Been going to this office since November 2020. Never had a problem getting an appointment or any problems. When my primary care person retired out I was assured I would be seen by someone at that office. Sure enough by the time my appointment came my new primary care physician. Was in place to continue my care.
