Honestly I'd give a negative if I could. Pretty sure I have lyme disease at this point. The call center got hung up on twice and my email has gone unanswered. At this point they should just shut the Boonville office down.
I'm writing this review from a family member point of view. My dad has been acutely sick for some time and did not have a primary care doctor- so we decided to make him an appointment to get established. My dad had been fighting off fevers for four days and had a covid test the day prior (pending results at the time of the appointment). Ruby at the front desk greeted him and backed away once she heard about his fevers, however- at the screening it said 97.1. I love this office. Dr Seigers is a very good, no nonsense doctor. Everyone does their best to be friendly & helpful.
Doctors won’t fill out FMLA paperwork for there patients. Time for new medical practice!
