The staff is excellent excellent excellent I don’t have any problems as long as you communicate and you work with them they’ll work with you. Alexis Hoffman is the best and so is Diana and Adrian and all of the nurses there. Thank you so much for taking such good care of me.
The NP tried to talk me out of taking antibiotics for my obvious sinus infection that I had been hoping would clear up for over a week and a half I even told them that, well guess what after 24 hours of taking the antibiotics my horrible sinus headache pains started to become less frequent and my nose started draining non stop, I wish medical professionals would stop punishing people for them making the mistake of overprescribing antibiotics to people years ago.
I couldn't be more pleased. They are really great here. I haven't had a caring DR in a long time. She really takes her time she calls you to check in. I'm so please with my new DR and her staff
Honestly I'd give a negative if I could. Pretty sure I have lyme disease at this point. The call center got hung up on twice and my email has gone unanswered. At this point they should just shut the Boonville office down.
