Recently Switched doctors been going there for years to see dr clark but finally had enough of the one young nurse. She's always mean mugging and snobby as hell. Like why be a nurse if you're just rude and think you're better than your patients. So happy I switched my kids to a much better doctor with caring nurses that actually make you feel welcome and greet you with a smile instead of making me feel extremely uncomfortable and unwelcomed!!!!
MVHC is a modern medical facility, Doctors and nurses are very helpful and caring. I recommended their service to anyone needing health care.
They made the incision in the wrong place would not recommend
I am not very impressed with the experience so far. I am happy to change this review is I'll actually hear from a real person. My son (4 yo) was scheduled for an appointment with a pediatrician. The doctor canceled last second, 1-hour before the appointment. We call back in to get scheduled and they push us off and say they can't get him back in for ANOTHER 2.5 MONTHS! I say that's ridiculous. He needs his health assessment so he can go to school this year. They reply and say there's nothing they can do. I'm FURIOUS. Outrage... read more
Terrible customer service, no one who works there knows what's going on, they've all caused me multiple problems. Would not recommend to anyone.
