I have gone to MVHC urgent care for as long as I’ve had a choice in the matter. I have never had an issue until my most recent visit. I was being seen for a medical emergency involving my iud. The “doctor” (Tamila Mayberry) came in not even knowing anything about what was wrong asking me about my uti. I didn’t have one. When I tried to explain the issue I was having I was talked over and yelled at to the point of crying due to stress. If I could give this place a zero star review I would. I have had respiratory symptoms for 3 days. Cough, congestion, mucus etc. The nurse practitioner I saw tonight said my anxiety is causing chest tightness and to follow up with my PCP. What is the point of URGENT CARE if they’re not going to help you or take your concerns seriously?
Just left urgent care for a medical issue for my six year old. Rebecca Adam's, LPN, Jackie in respiratory and Tami, PA were outstanding! They explained everything they were going to do to my son before they did it and made him feel comfortable. As someone who works in Healthcare myself, I appreciated their compassion and respect towards him. Highly recommend!
Who closes an Urgent Care at 5pm on a Friday, for a community event. Why would you send people who are on shift. Instead of having people who were OFF or not scheduled at all? Didn’t make any sense. Closed 2 hours early, and no warning. Lights all on and a security guard running to the door hand out sorry were closed. RIDICULOUS
