Mvb Carpet Care came out to help with a pet stain and odor on our white sectional, and after taking a close look he explained that a full upholstery cleaning could risk discoloring the fabric. Instead of pushing a service that might not be best, he was honest and took extra time to share simple carpet and upholstery care tips to treat the spot safely at home. James was respectful, sincere, and very easy to work with. My carpets look amazing after the cleaning. I was really embarrassed about the pet accidents and stains and thought I had waited too long to have them treated, but the carpet cleaning process worked better than I expected.
