This company violated my privacy their assistant GM Brian in Dallas broadcasted false allegations amongst the entire network, stating that I pulled a gun out on my ex wife, and the truth is I was the victim. The people are great, but the appointment system online really needs some work. Better to call in your trips to a representative.
A Toxic Environment that have no compassion for our handicapped the way they should.. the obstacles they set in place are deliberately..somehow MV have a lucrative contract to help those in need, TERRIBLE .. I’ve witnessed deliberate lies to passenger’s & drivers as we talked about our experience during commuting & waiting at different facilities.
