I find the staff are always helpful and attentive to any queries I might have about their products or new government schemes etc even helpijng with getting my Solar icloud back online after I changed our modem.
Just finished installation and have been averaging 40c in electricity cost per day for over a fortnight now. Went for the solar and battery setup and could not be happier. We run the air conditioner 24/7. The entire process from the consultation phase to installation was courteous very transparent on what was going to happen. I can highly recommend MV Solar.
MV Solar’s team were thoroughly professional from start to finish. Saved us plenty of money on our electric bills. What Michael doesn’t know about solar panels wouldn’t be worth knowing!
Have used MV Solar twice now - to add additional panels to an existing system and also to install a battery. Prompt, reliable, neat and with excellent administrative and sales staff and tradespeople. The tradie who installed the battery even noticed a problem with our old system (which they did not install) and organised for it to be fixed. Ongoing maintenance service as well. Wouldn't use anyone else now.
