Needed a battery upgrade to provide power when grid was down. Companies that we contacted said this was impossible due to us having 16 DC panels and 16AC panels. MV solar sorted the issue easily even with us having 3 phase power. Now have 30kw of battery and 10kw inverter. More than happy with the knowledge of the team and the service we received. Someone with this company's ute was tailgating and speeding around Cessnock area. Concerning, if they're happy to do that with their company on show, how much do they actually care about their work.
Finally decided to take the plunge for solar back in Feb after getting a $750 elec bill. Got 3 quotes, MV was the only one willing to adapt the system; the others were simply "this is the 2 systems we got, take it or leave it". Luke at MV took the time to look at my recent year of elec bill; then recommended 3 systems: small, medium & large. Large confidently covered my usage all year around, small was a hopeful minimum.. Look, if I had only dealt with Karen, Luke and Michael this would have been a 5* but unfortunately I was given the royal runaround by the girls in the office every time I called with simple enquiries like 'had my system arrived' and 'had an installation date been organised' only to be told 'We'll get back to you' every time. Nobody actually bothered to get back to me, ever.
