Communication isn’t there biggest strength..and then I’m still polite.
MV Solar was great to deal with, they were transparent with all costs and were prompt when I made enquiries. Prior to the installation they made sure I was well informed of dates and times of the work being carried out. The tradesmen who carried out the work were thorough, neat and efficient. Highly recommend.
I have used MV Solar on two occasions now. The first was an extension to an existing system with more panels being added to my rooftop. Just recently I have added battery storage to the system to round it all out, along with an EV charging station. Communication was good throughout the process, with having to work around my shift work being catered for. Our 5 year old inverter died after a lot of water ingress (it clearly wasn't built very well). MV came out and inspected the old inverter and provided a good quote to replace it with a better inverter. The job was done quickly and the new inverter is so much better than the old one. The best part of it is the new monitoring software allows me to decide when to use heavy appliances without drawing power from the grid.
