My son has been here for 3 years. Great service!
This clinic charges its patients wrongly. My son’s cleaning has no copay but they asked for $250 copay which I refused as I knew. Also when I was with MetLife they said we are in network with them but when my insurance was changed and I asked if they are in network with my new insurance, they said we are not in network with any insurance which sounds not true. They are not truthful on information they share as well as the copays.
We were here with our 4 years old son. We never had such an amazing exercise, she was talking to him, playing, explaining everything . For the first time he was calm and cooperative! Also lots of toys for kids, our baby was busy to play with it. We easily & quickly did X-ray, also like a play, and doctor explained all options. Our previous experience was not like this so I’m impressed! Thank you !
Nice stuff, dentists are nice and professional. They have TV for kids to watch.
They are not in the Delta dental network, but they don't let me know in advance. I found out only when the insurance didn't fully reimburse me for something that should be fully covered. Ask for the clarification on insurance coverage before you want to go with them.
