Kevin was AMAZING! Super flexible with rather rushed timelines and BEYOND thorough. I watched him climb into the tiniest of spaces in attics and under houses to make sure he saw as much of the property as possible. Further, if there is something that he's reporting on that he isn't 100% sure of, he will take the time to ask experts before putting it in his report. He's also really good with following up on his inspections to see how the rest of the transaction went and always makes himself available to answer your questions.... read more
