The dentist seemed fine but the 1hr wait for an 11am appointment that took less than 5mins is deliberate and disrespectful time management, evident with an entire waiting room of people with appointments scheduled for the same time. The receptionist/Office managers/ladies at front desk are the main reason I will find a new dentist - they are rude, unprofessional and will spend more time gas lighting you that the "doctor never said that because it's not in the notes" than they will attempting to resolve your problem. Had an appointment today, was really satisfy from the cleanliness to the way the Doctor explained things and options. This kind of practice is rare and I'm very happy to have found them.
Horrible customer service ! To the patients and referring providers. Very unprofessional. Front desk lady said she’s the manager and refuses to help with referrals. LAZY !!
I moved from NoHo, but refuse to change dentists. Aside from being friendly and helpful, they’re also good at their job. I’m never in pain after cleanings and Dr. Spivak has gone out of his way to make my previous Invisalign treatment work.
I have been going with them for years, I’m satisfied
