Very Poor experience......I had a root extracted from a tooth that broke last week I have an HMO and the office went out of their way to find a higher price to bill me 150 for an extraction which they said required surgery.He numbed me and didn't wait too long for it to fully take effect.It took a total of less the 2 minutes to extract 2 tiny pieces of tooth.I noticed while I was waiting every patient there was told they need a cleaning.I had brought full mouth xrays and the Dentist didn't want to see them.They were only abl... read more

Dr. Spivak is the most kind and caring dentist I have met. This place is always clean, runs on time and provides me great care and personalized service. Definitely recommend them to my family and friends!
The dentist seemed fine but the 1hr wait for an 11am appointment that took less than 5mins is deliberate and disrespectful time management, evident with an entire waiting room of people with appointments scheduled for the same time. The receptionist/Office managers/ladies at front desk are the main reason I will find a new dentist - they are rude, unprofessional and will spend more time gas lighting you that the "doctor never said that because it's not in the notes" than they will attempting to resolve your problem.
