THE MINI WAS BROUGHT IN TO HAVE THE REAR LEFT TAIL LIGHT REPLACED WITH NEW AND AN OIL CHANGE. THE BILL WAS MORE THAN SUBSTANTIAL AND EVEN THOUGH IT SAID COMPLIMENTARY VACUUMING OF THE DRIVER'S SIDE, THERE WAS ENOUGH MUD ON THE FLOOR TO PLANT POTATOES. THE NEW TAIL LIGHT WAS INSTALLED BUT THE CHROME TRIM RING TO FINISH OFF THE INSTALL WAS NOT INCLUDED OR FORGOTTEN. A CUSTOMER THAT EXPECTED MORE THAN WAS DELIVERED.
