I was involved with MV during ongoing warranty repairs over the course of about 2 years, witnessing multiple lies / dishonesty / arrogance. Initial slippage (severe) after first pickup, vehicle was returned. They claimed to have rebuilt again (as clutches/bands are now burned) but they just increased line pressures and lied. Contacted Mike in relation to an a340 and he gave me some fantastic advice and was very helpful with a clear direction to move forward. His prices are reasonable and he's a knowledgeable guy.
Had a stage 2 btr built by them Only lasted first dyno tune Contact them couple times only to have them say Michael wasn’t available and they couldn’t help me Never got call back nothing Very disappointed in the after service. Quick to the job on but didn’t want anything to do with it once job was done and had issue with it I would say think twice about going there
Very helpful and friendly team. My Stagea had a sudden AT issue and would not shift. Their experience is such that as soon as I described the symptoms, I had parts on the way to the U.S. for my specific transmission. Once installed, all issues were resolved. I would not hesitate obtain services from MV Automatics in the future!
Don't use these cowboys. They quote $150 more than other places, and then when you don't want to go ahead with it they slug you $50. Also an arrogant bad customer service manner
