Shae the Parts and Service Manager is hands DOWN, the most spectacular person to work with. We live in Las Vegas, NV and no longer have a dedicated MV Agusta dealership here, so I called down to get a new mirror for my husband's RR Dragster and Shae went above and beyond for us from the moment I called in. People like her are the reason we will come back. Thank you Shae!

My experience with MVA Santa Monica was very positive. Shae was very helpful and knowledgeable starting from my phone inquiry and up to the actual visit. I needed service for my MV Turismo Veloce. Shae confirmed that they had the part and made me an appointment. She advised me that it will be an hour for the service with their tech, Mike.
