I took two MV Agusta (my 2022 F3RR and my partner's Superveloce) from San Francisco to MV Agusta LA at the end of July for a warranty claim. Our local dealer had closed, so this wasn't even our home shop, but they still treated us like regulars. The people at Mv LA went the extra mile to get the claim approved, then found a couple of issues left behind by a previous mechanic and fixed those under warranty too, no charge. MV LA is such a welcoming store and I had a great experience from the moment I walked in. Shae, Massimo, Mikey, and the entire staff were incredibly kind and helpful. They have an amazing selection of bikes too! Shae took the time to show me around, answer every question I had, and share her knowledge about these incredible works of art. Absolutely amazing shop, with even more amazing people. I cannot say enough good things about Shae and Massimo. These guys know what they are talking about, are hi est and upfront, but will spend as much time with you as you need answering your questions. AND they both ride MV bikes, so they "practice what they preach". They both went above and beyond to get me my bike...a personal Service that is unheard of these days. Shae the Parts and Service Manager is hands DOWN, the most spectacular person to work with. We live in Las Vegas, NV and no longer have a dedicated MV Agusta dealership here, so I called down to get a new mirror for my husband's RR Dragster and Shae went above and beyond for us from the moment I called in. People like her are the reason we will come back. Thank you Shae!
