The salesman on the shop floor wasn't very helpful, I ended up going 2 doors down to another shop and bought a motorbike from there instead.
We came all the way from the USA and had an absolutely amazing experience at MV Agusta London. From the moment we walked in, the welcome was warm and genuine. A special shout-out to Fabio—he went above and beyond with his knowledge, patience, and passion for the brand. If you’re looking for a bike in London, this is hands down the place to visit. Truly worth the stop, whether you’re local or visiting from abroad!
Absolutely incompetent. I brought there my MV Augusta Brutale 800 RR and they refused to even look at it. They called it an "electrical mess" and said it would not be worth it for them to spend time on the bike as would take them to long and would not even know where to start? Asked for advice and no advice given. I was shocked. If i were MV Augusta in Italy I would sack all the shop, starting with the manager (yes, i did speak to him as well). They do not honour the prices listed on their website. They have been advertising the F3 RR at £16,950 with a further £1,000 off for father's day until the end of the month, when I phoned up to put a deposit down they will only sell it to me for £19,000. Looks like I'm buying a Ducati 🤷♂️
Fabio is an excellent mechanic. He is a credit to the company!
