They are lucky I am not suing. I had them come and look at a ceiling fan and a receptical in the laundry to get fixed, they said the fan couldn't be fixed, that is it needed replaced, a month later a Handy man was able to fix it in 5 minutes. 5!! As for the reception, we thought something must be wrong since 2 dryers went just a few months after being purchased. They said. The guy said we just got bad dryers. Completely unprofessional! Lack of real knowledge of Electrical Regulations! Also, at least $1,000 - $1,500 more expensive than other electricians.
Muzzie was prompt in returning our call for help. While he was fixing our electrical he was clearly knowledgeable, and able to explain his work and answer questions. He was very personable, and friendly. He did an excellent job, and I will certainly call him first the next time I need electrical help. I always feel like when you choose a small business, you're going to get a person who really cares about their work, and that was reinforced when working with Muzzie. I called Muzzie after the big wind storm in April knocked out my overhead power lines to my garage. I didn't have an electrician, because I had just bought my house just two years ago and hadn't needed one yet. Tim came the same day I called (the overhead wires were down and live.) He dealt with the immediate needs of making my home safe and then worked with me while I dealt with insurance. Great communication, very accommodating, and good careful work. He went above and beyond for me and I highly recommend him.
Professional! With Amazing 10 star service, He was on it, came in gave us a quote the same day we called, and was out the very next day to replace the breaker box and rerun the electrical wiring! Mind-blowing how fast he was able to get everything done in ONE day! Great price! We found our forever electrician!
