We had a day from hell when our water heater decided to leak & cause an inch of water in our basement. We had a plumbing company come in to replace the water heater when they suggested we get the wiring checked out to the water heater since it sparked & just wasn’t done correctly. I called Muzzie’s Electrical at 12pm on a Sunday (their day off for emergencies only) and they came out within 2 hours (they were 50 minutes away). He responded promptly and with compassion to an electrical emergency at my mother's house on a Saturday morning. He came and checked things out on Sunday. He thoroughly explained the problem, his recommendations, his reasoning, and pricing. We are very satisfied with his work, advice, and personal attention.
Tim upgraded my service from 100amp to 200 and also upgraded a sub panel box. The work was excellent, quote was the final bill (no up charging or surprises) and came when he said he would! Highly recommend and will use again

On the night July 24 I had a loss of power. I called Tim right away, he helped instruct me what to do to get thru the night then came first thing in the morning. Panel box replacement and to get it to code it needed moved to the other side of my basement away from a water source. I agreed to the work, signed contract and paid deposit, work started July 25 to get me safe and some power to the house, July 27th stopped and got my hot water hooked up and Aug 2nd all completed EXCEPT my clothes dryer.
