With one phone call, he provided a reasonable quote, showed up the same day, provided one optional upgrade solution that I approved, and finished the work successfully the same day. He was professional, knowledgeable, reliable, and trustworthy. He has an A+ rating from the Better Business Bureau, which convinced me to make my call in the first place.

I had my service line and weatherhead damaged on my house do to a storm causing the power pole to be ripped down pulling my weatherhead and service line from my house. Tim came out quickly and gave me a fair quote for the repair. He explained everything that needed done and made sure I was well aware of why the repairs where needed. Unfortunately I did find a closer electrician that could do the repair for a cheaper cost but was only because Tim Muzzie needed to travel an hour to my home to do the repair.
