I called them late on a Sunday evening, they were here quickly and made sure that my dad's power issues were resolved safely. They were very gracious and extremely courteous.
They are lucky I am not suing. I had them come and look at a ceiling fan and a receptical in the laundry to get fixed, they said the fan couldn't be fixed, that is it needed replaced, a month later a Handy man was able to fix it in 5 minutes. 5!! As for the reception, we thought something must be wrong since 2 dryers went just a few months after being purchased. They said. The guy said we just got bad dryers. Completely unprofessional! Lack of real knowledge of Electrical Regulations! Also, at least $1,000 - $1,500 more expensive than other electricians.
Muzzie was prompt in returning our call for help. While he was fixing our electrical he was clearly knowledgeable, and able to explain his work and answer questions. He was very personable, and friendly. He did an excellent job, and I will certainly call him first the next time I need electrical help. I always feel like when you choose a small business, you're going to get a person who really cares about their work, and that was reinforced when working with Muzzie.
