I have been a customer of Muzicraft/Muzak for about 25 years. I have always had prompt service whenever there has been a problem, which has been very infrequent. We have had music in the stores and music on the telephones. When there has been a problem, they have usually responded within a working day, and had one of their highly trained technicians resolve the problem within 24 hours. And they are nice people too. I rate them "A" . Carl.
Everything about Muzicraft turns my stomach. I've never heard a good thing about them, and I doubt I will. I'm staying away, and encourage others to do themselves a favor and do the same. My friend Dorothy says the same thing.
