I honestly can't explain how much I love this. Is very welcoming and the music keeps you going. I highly recommend MUV. This gym has different classes. You have hiit classes, boxing, body sculpting and Zumba. All the instructors are respectful, mindful and understanding. They would modify the workout if you're not able to do it.
