Muv Fitness has easily earned the award for the worst gym in the PNW! They scammed the local community for 3 year promising to open a gym in the old Safeway building in Troutdale. They should refund all the money they stole and close down all other locations as they obviously can not do honest business. Taking the easy way out and filing for bankruptcy...
HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE I was a member here for over 2 years. I actually really enjoy the gym itself. the trainers were good. and the general manager Jesse was a good guy. But the corporate culture does not care about you and acts like a shady subscription service. They will sneak in charges or allow things to persist even after you cancel them and continue to charge you. Then it’s your fault and rather then simply make good on it to try to keep you as a customer, they will say they can’t fix the issue and be fine with you... read more
Showed up to work out and found the building up for sale. I was taken by surprise, and it proved that they were never going to open the main building
they had everyone thinking they were going to open a new gym and a lot of people signed up only to be strung along for years and get fked over in the end
