I am NOT a happy camper with this facility... Management & staff lack work ethic, accountability, & reliability. Do Not Use the personal training services unless your a beginner & VERY basic. Count on them not showing up on time, OR count on them not showing up at all sometimes. Count on them then not canceling those seasons & properly rescheduling them stealing one here & there hoping you dont keep track of them. Joined this gym only a few weeks ago but the staff really stands out! They are always there to help and so welcoming to beginners. I’ve loved making connections with all their PTs!! It’s clear they take pride in their building because I constantly see them cleaning and picking things up as they go.
