Tiago is a wonderful trainer. He's well educated and motivating. He pushes you to do more without making you feel intimidated. The gym is clean, in a small barn like setting. It's the perfect Pescadero spot to work out. I highly recommend 💪🏻
Such a beautiful place to go workout whether by yourself or join a class with their knowledgeable teachers. Lucky to have in such a small community!
