Frustrating experience. Prices were not terrible when it was still Middlesex Mutual. After the name change prices have been going up. Outdated on the technology side (no online portal) and I have experienced various errors and lack of communication from the rep I had: sending emails during off hours from external addresses, not updating requested licensed status, putting unnecessary extra coverages on my truck, automatically renewing my policy before communicating pricing changes... an unprofessional experience overall. After being treated in the most brutal and unprofessional way by two other insurance companies, it was a delight to find a Rep that actually checks in with you (unprompted) and follows up. Susan Cook is a first class representative and I would highly recommend her. Give them a chance to quote your car and home insurance - it’s free and it might surprise you.
