Sadly I don’t recommend. The broker I had was awful. She lied so many times. Tried to scam me with fake information to get me to go with them. I wish I wasn’t so trusting….. not anymore. I am going to be nice and NOT. Call her out like this. But she 100% knows who she is. Shame on you.
Avoid at all cost. They take your money no problem but when it comes to covering you and taking care of you they DONT. Beware
Frustrating experience. Prices were not terrible when it was still Middlesex Mutual. After the name change prices have been going up. Outdated on the technology side (no online portal) and I have experienced various errors and lack of communication from the rep I had: sending emails during off hours from external addresses, not updating requested licensed status, putting unnecessary extra coverages on my truck, automatically renewing my policy before communicating pricing changes... an unprofessional experience overall.
