Have three business account with this bank. Manager is not available to talk. Called several times and was told manager will get back to you but still waiting for weeks.
When was mutual Bank the service was good and now with northwest Is so bad everything I think we need to change the Bank. Sorry
This bank is the agonizing to go to. It used to be a pleasent experience. Now its just sitting waiting and staring at this screen for what feels like an eternity before I can get service. Switching banks at this point is the best option.
This branch always seems to be under staffed and have problems with wait times and assisting people efficiently. Almost better off going to another branch. Something needs to be fixed here.
