Tried to deposit a check through their business office. Nancy at this branch was extremely rude. Shame they don’t have offices in other places. Never coming back to this branch ever. Would have given -10 if I could.
Constant debit card issues. No customer support. Atm is offline. Changing hours. Cancelling my account and never returning.
Great experience with MutualBank! Have two recent car loans and Anita Jones went above and beyond to help us in a time crunch. She stayed late and even met us halfway so we could close a deal that day. Would highly recommend to anyone! Ask for Anita!
