I’ve been a customer of this company for quite some time, which makes this experience even more frustrating. I brought in a part specifically so they could match it correctly, yet the item they sold me was completely wrong. I went there with a long list of parts I needed for my semi truck and flatbed trailer. They had everything I needed from concentrate antifreeze to tail lights. Everything except one little odd air fitting that I couldn't find anywhere else either.
I can't thank Damir enough for his help in searching for the correct air bag for our 2015 Entegra Anthem motorhome. He not only researched, but called me back timely then sent an email with all the details necessary for me to get the right part. Thank you Damir. We're hoping, after having to call numerous repair and parts companies, we will get our repair done.
I cannot say enough good about the guys at Mutual Wheel. As someone who works in the trucking Industry, time and efficiency mean everything to get these guys back on the road. When I call Josh and Demir I know that they will get me the parts that I need and not charge me an arm and a leg for them. You can always count on them for a good laugh too!!! Wouldn't go anywhere else!!!
