My term policy expires in September and I wanted to cancel early. They took 10 days to let me know they couldn't process the application because it didn't have a "wet" signature. That is some serious BS because all you need according to my contract is a verbal notice. Bunch of scamers trying to needle you for 4k a month when your term expires.

Should have paid out not drain the policy
We’ve used MTL for almost 14 years and they are one of the best companies I've used for my clients. Service is fantastic and products are in many cases superior to other carriers or products depending on the use case.
