We have been a member of the Watertown branch of Mutual Security Credit Union for several years. The issue which I presently have is certainly not with the Watertown branch, as their personnel have always been friendly, helpful and professional, especially their manager, Alex. My issue is with the Mutual Security company. On 3/20/25, I deposited a check for 17,000 into our account. This check was written from our account with another credit union.
