Borrower Beware-unfair practices – I am a physician who did my residency at Pomona Valley Hospital which is when I began my relationship with the credit union. I have had 9 loans over the past 12 years or so, all of them paid off in good standing. I had one loan I continued with them, an auto loan. They don't send invoices so you are just supposed to mail payment with your coupons. Kind of outated but I figured it was ok because I always had good communication with the staff and they would give a courtesy call to get payment... read more
