Scum bags through and through, wouldn't fix anything would keep the apartment lower then the legal heat limit. Offer to give me a space heater to run up my hydro bill when I already pay for heat. Knew what i was getting into when I first started renting from them as informed by friends n family but they are slum lords thru and thru. Stay away if u can afford too
They are as expected. Slum lords of neglected rental properties. Taking advantage of the poorest in our community. The buildings on London road and east st. Sarnia should be condemned. The city should really investigate structural integrity of the buildings.
They lost my application and wouldn't show me a rental unit...drove by several of their run down buildings, that was way over priced. Most entery ways had the front door broken and you could walk right in, wasnt very secure at all. Others were not plowed icy and flooded in the parking lot and walkways. Hallways were poorly lit dirty and outdated. I feel terrible for anyone living in these buildings!!!
Do not rent from these people!!! Slummiest of the slumlords. Worst of the worst!!! I had a broken oven for two whole years, a broken fridge for four whole months and no respect for a person’s privacy. I paid for a roof over my head and a bunch of bullshit, especially after they found out I’m on disability for a condition that is none of their business. And cockroaches, insects galore.
