Mutual Properties is run by a slumlord! Do NOT rent from this place! Repairs are never made in a timely manner. You have to ask 2 to 3 times and wait 2 to 3 months minimum for them to make any repairs you request. They don't care about their tenants all they care about is getting their money. The plowing in the winter is terrible and once we were snowed in for 3 days before they sent anyone to plow.
