If you speak up in reference to a bad brace, he will become verbally aggressive with intent to intimidate. As a female of color I felt very unsafe and had to excuse myself. He made a brace that was unusable and then when I told him that it was not a well made brace, he became verbally aggressive and even pulled his seat closer to my face yelling to intimidate me. I don't know what his deal is, but I will never work with this man again. Save the apology. Don't be a bigot!
Mutual Orthopedics provided outstanding care from start to finish. They helped me achieve a much better prosthetic fit, and the team was welcoming and genuinely cared about my comfort. Their turnaround time was impressively quick as well. Highly recommend!
