I worked w/ Greg a couple of yrs ago to do a reverse mortgage & I had a fabulous experience! (I was frankly terrified early on b/c I had had a frightening experience previously w/ the largest co in the business, but Greg was as excellent as they were terrible). Moreover, in 40 yrs I had never even had a mortgage (paid cash for every house) & despite being an atty & Judge, I just was NOT good w/ $🤦♀️ Greg spent HRS w/me from beginning to end holding my hand & ensuring every detail was appropriately handled. 5 stars plus on ... read more

My experience with Greer Scharin was terrific. I have a lot of equity in my condominium and met the requirements for a reverse mortgage. However, my condo complex was not certified by FHA or HUD for reverse mortgages. Gregg and his team made all the contacts with our property manager and obtained all the documentation to apply for eligibility for reverse mortgages through our HOA.
