Our insurance company paid out a flood claim on Sept 12th and Mutial of Omaha cashed the checks. Our insurance company has provided copies of all of the estimates that were paid off of and a letter from the adjuster at USAA saying the claim was paid off of the estimates and no adjusters report is provided by them. Mutual of Omaha will still not release our funds. The work has been completed and we have had to pay out of pocket.
