Ive gotten 20 plus calls today from they're automated dialer trying to sell me some bs. I told them to put me on the no call list so they started calling me even more.
This review is solely for my STD Claims Specialist. My LTD Latanya gets 5 Stars but for my STD 1 STAR for her customer service. I've tried multiple times to contact her with a question and in one response she says I need to contact my LTD agent because she's already paid and closed out my file. Okay, no worries. I was curious about my policy and what the current cash value of it would be. Although I have been paying for 14 years and over $1600, cash value is $500. They said administration fees is where the $1100 went. It isn't about the money, just disgusted that 2/3 of my 14 years of payments goes to the company.
These guys are scammers. I would recommend everyone avoid them and get your insurance from somewhere else. I took out a policy with them, tried to log onto their mobile app, and it didn’t even recognize me. So I called them and canceled my policy when they assured me, the policy was still pending approval. Then they tried to bill me after it had been canceled. So I had my bank reject it.
