I talked to Alisha and sent her an email saying to cancel my policy. This was November 2025. Now it is January 2026 and still am being charged. This a garbage agency. I am working with an attorney to see what we can do.
They only care about money. It's been 2 months since I've been off in my job uses them for short-term disability and the lady says she's called me so many times and she hasn't and they go based on what could be because I didn't have a diagnosis and now it's just a different story on why they won't pay short-term disability. Sucks any place such as this only cares about money. If they didn't they would not advertise 24/7 on every TV channel. If you support this place you are part of the problem.
