I have had them for my home and auto insurance my whole adult life. I have been covered in various situations, with friendly service. I found them excellent to work with, I wouldn't want to look anywhere else for insurance.
My grandmother passed away recently at the end of December and we were paying her home owners insurance. My mother was the executor of the estate and it took some time to get everything cancelled. They charged us for the month of January and 2 weeks in February even though the policy was "null and void" since the time of my grandmas death. When we asked for a refund for the time the coverage was invalid they refused. My grandparents paid on their homeowners insurance for over 20 years and never had a single claim. I've been a loyal customer for around 20 years and you sent me a notice of auto non-renewal this week. My Spanish daughter-in-law with a valid driver's license and 90 days to a green card and you cut me off because you couldn't run a check on her. Anyone reading this should check out AMICA. Prices are way better and they want your business.
