Absolutely the worst!!! I submitted paperwork for a hardship withdrawal back on Sept 21 and my application still hasn't been processed and today is Oct 13, I called and was told that its still processing. I even filed a BBB complaint with no response from Mutual of America. Is there anyone there who knows how to process an application. Im so NOT pleased with this company. The experience has been horrible!!!
Wait time 4 plus hours and rep puts me on hold and hangs up on me submitted my forms weeks ago to withdraw funds meanwhile money is continuing to go down in the market by the time they process the forms there will be Nothing left in the fund. This is pure criminal.
