Absolutely the worst!!! I submitted paperwork for a hardship withdrawal back on Sept 21 and my application still hasn't been processed and today is Oct 13, I called and was told that its still processing. I even filed a BBB complaint with no response from Mutual of America. Is there anyone there who knows how to process an application. Im so NOT pleased with this company. The experience has been horrible!!!
