this is one of the worst companies that I've ever had to do any type of business with. Aggressively argumentative, rude, and purposely unhelpful customer service. My old job used this for our 403b plan, when I left I tried to roll my plan over to my new job. It's been over a year of phone calls, documents in the mail, more phone calls, asking to speak to a manager, etc....still haven't gotten my account rolled over. At one point I was convinced the customer service rep was messing with me.

I’ve never experienced such poor customer service. 4 hours on hold multiple days in a row. No one picks up! Not sure what to do.

I echo the other negative reviews. The customer service is the worst I have seen in 30 years of sponsoring retirement plans. It went down hill dramatically when they switched in September 2022 to a new online platform. Like others here, I deeply regret that I moved my employer-sponsored plan over to them.

Waited on hold for 4 hours and they still cannot help. Totally useless service. I am trying to make a contribution. I feel bad for the person trying to access their funds.
