They made an error on THEIR end and sent my money to another account number, not mine. After multiple days and multiple calls, one competent person figured that out. They placed a stop payment, and then reprocessed. They said they would place a rush on my withdrawal since it was a clerical error on their end. There’s a reason why this is a ONE STAR company. People, take your money else where, it’s the 21st century and these people are stuck in the 90s, dealing with MY MONEY. It’s absolutely astronomical, you can’t get a hold of one person for MONTHS! How are you ever supposed to get your money?! Get an online system, maybe something i can check my account balance without waiting on hold for 6 hours??? This is CRAZY. Why can’t I just log in and check it ITS 2024!!!!!

Withdrawal Department customer services. It worse
If I could give less than 1 star I would. It took multiple phone calls over months to finally speak to somebody who could help. Worst customer service I have ever experienced.
