On hold over 3 hours and still holding. Their on-hold message says: "We are experiencing longer than normal wait times." Not sure why they say "we". I'm pretty sure I'm the one "experiencing the wait time." If they're waiting, they should just answer my call. No?

This firm is an embarrassment. I was just on hold for over 30 minutes and am now trying again. They obviously could care less about their customers. Not to mention that their on-hold music is the same awful country-rock acoustic song played over and over. Their procedures for processing any transactions are from the 1990s -- ancient, non-fillable online forms, and I had to get a notary signature to authorize a rollover out of their 401(k) from a previous employer. I can't wait to be done with this company.

Impossible to get a hold of anyone. You will be on hold for hours and never get to speak to anyone. They don’t answer emails. And they are stuck in the Stone Age as far as technology goes. Zero stars.

I have been on hold 3 times for over 45 minutes - and no one at the Atlanta office picks up the phone. They are not much quicker to pick up at the New York office - and have not been helpful when they have. They gave me an email address to contact my account manager -- I have received no response. I am trying to roll over money to another company. Their paperwork says 3-4 business days. Their phone rep said 7 -8 days. I am now at 12 business days - and nothing has happened. In recent years its customer service has incredibly declined. Its web site is difficult to navigate and forget about getting a human being to speak with
