I've been trying for months to create an account to access the funds I've put away to no avail. Countless calls with customer service and the representative assigned to my previous employer and still nothing. Think twice before doing business with this company, you might not be able to see your money ever again. Honestly, this is the worst experience with wealth management I have ever had.

They never call you back! The company that I used to work for has Mutual of America. I can't get my money back because Mutual of America won't release the funds. My previous employer says it's Mutual of America and Mutual of America says I can't get my funds because of my previous employer. I have reached out to the person at Mutual of America, my old job and still don't have my money. This is scary to have my money tied up. I don't trust companies like this at all.
I have tried calling multiple times to get a representative and each time they’re experiencing “higher than normal wait times”. I have yet to get through to a person. It’s absurd.
I called with a simple question at the end of December but got incomplete information. I called again in January and talked to a very lovely person who told me I could call again and ask to speak for her if there was a problem for her getting through to me today. I did not receive a message so I called back and waited forever to reach a real human being instead of a machine.
