Terrible customer service. I don't think they sell Insurance. They seem very paranoid and won't let you in or give you a business card. Blinds closed at 1.45 pm. Be careful
Wasn't on the phone 5 minutes spoke to 2 people. Immediately informed me if I've looked at progressive already ill get the same outcome with them. Why would that be the first statement. I could have paid for 4 policies in full and upfront just now. But nope they blew it soon as the conversation started. Pointless for them to be in the insurance industry with those type of people working.
