Very bad customer service, weird billing practices in that they will let my premiums for auto be deducted automatically from bank account but insist on a monthly check for homeowners policy. Told me they couldn’t bundle car and home policies! Looking for better company now.
Unbelievable how indifferent this agency was to their mistake. I was told my policy was being renewed when in fact it was not. I wasn’t informed until almost 2 months later!!!! Then I was told they couldn’t find me insurance because my roof is too old!! Now I am left scrambling to get my roof replaced in 25 days before my insurance lapses! No one cares. I don’t know why I expected them to care.

Received excellent customer service from Molly and Cathy. Competitive prices on auto and homeowners insurance. Molly was very responsive to requested changes with my auto insurance. I would not hesitate to recommend this company to anyone needing auto/home/flood insurance.
