I would say management at Mutual Housing on the Boulevard is a joke but I don't want to insult jokes. The property manager is a woman named Malika Hunt. She is literally the worst property manager in the en. She is forever on a power trip the likes you have never seen. She invents rules and tenant violations out of thin air to suit her mood. I really wish the property manager of The Westerner Mobile Home Park, Reanna G. was more of a people person or at least contained some form of customer service or compassion. My husband and I are in the process of purchasing a mobile home there. Trying to even get in contact with Reanna is a nightmare. You can leave emails, voicemails and say a prayer and you still won't get a hold of her. So blessed for my son and his family to live there. Coming from Providience Place on 5500 Mack Rd thry are moving up. Nice clean, no roaches, nice polite neighbors, semi-quiet neighborhood for the most part.
