This is the 2nd year for this insurance, and it really sucks. The doctor profiles need a lot of work like photographs, specialty services offered, and non- specialty services offered. This would eliminate double paying for a service, like testing, or co-pays over and over and receiving nothing. It would also help with the referral process in network, it seems that the doctors do not know that referrals are being accepted by the patients they refer. In any case back to square one.
