I opened a claim with Mutual Benefit Insurance Company via the agent who wrote the policy with them. The agent said that I would hear from the adjuster within a few days. That didn't happen, so I asked the agent to confirm that the claim had been opened, which he did, and provided the name and telephone number of the adjuster at Mutual Benefit to whom the claim was assigned. Very helpful with everything during this process
DO NOT LET THEM INSURE YOU !!! If I could give -Zero I would ! Policy was cancelled , they still the next bill from my account . Then when I asked why and when they would put it back they told me 18 days to refund my money . A lot of us live paycheck to paycheck and this is unacceptable!
