Very helpful with everything during this process
DO NOT LET THEM INSURE YOU !!! If I could give -Zero I would ! Policy was cancelled , they still the next bill from my account . Then when I asked why and when they would put it back they told me 18 days to refund my money . A lot of us live paycheck to paycheck and this is unacceptable!
One of the worst insurance companies I have ever dealt with! They withdrew a double payment out of my checking account, admitted they did. So I was eligible for a refund check, going on over a month and still no check. Called 3 diffrent times and 3 diffrent answers. They encourage all of their customers to do automatic withdrawal, but it's against their company policy to automatically refund the funds back into your account.
