I’ve only been a customer with this insurance company for a few months and I’d say I’m very impressed. Amy Kyper handled my total loss and was extremely helpful and excellent at communicating and moving the process along
I have a claim in with this company through another company that worked on our home and did damage.And they are giving us a run around buyer beware of this company because they do not stand good and they try to low ball you, The woman that I spoke to on the phone from this company said that my claim would depreciate overtime. Excellent claim service and assistence
Mutual Benefit Group is very good when it's just making payments. The problem is when it comes to a claim. I had a person pull out of a parking lot and hit me on the rear driver side. I was told that it was my fault, because I should have seen him. Again, he pulled out , crossed traffic and into me (going the same direction. This is absolutely false, you cannot pull into traffic and hit the rear of another car. I got an estimate of $8k they sent some dippy lady and old guy out to appraise. Terrible company to work with. Takes them weeks to process my payments using PNC bank. All of my other bills using PNC are processed within 2 days. Takes several weeks and then Mutual benefit has threatened to cancel my policies many times over the past years because of late payments. May be time to look for another company for home and auto insurance that can process my on-time payments and not threaten me continuously. Should be 0 stars.
