I had ordered a brace from them many years ago, probably 6-7 years by now. No issues. Brace worked well. Very satisfied. Fast forward to now. I recommended my sister to them. The initial contact was great and they were helpful. That all changes as soon as payment is received. After a few weeks I had her dispute the charges with her bank. Then she hears back from them that it is shipping out right away and they would refund the $40 expedite fee that frankly everyone likely pays since if it is needed, it is needed now, not lat... read more
This used to be a great company, when I ordered from them Years ago, not sure what happened. I placed an order months ago, had the FaceTime to do measurements, paid them, then never heard from them again. Took my money and ran! Really sucks that they are now doing this too people.
AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS THEY ARE SCAMMERS: Ordered a product for our dog at this point months ago, paid extra for expedited shipping, and have been effectively unable to contact the company. After several calls from us and even our vet, we still have yet to receive anything! Hope they're proud about scamming us while our dog's limp gets worse every day :(
THESE PEOPLE RIPPED ME OFF! On 11/3/25 I hade an hour long video call, to take measurements for my deaf dog, I gave this lady my credit card number over the phone and she charged me $208 for a his brace. She said I would be getting an email with a tracking number soon and I would receive the brace in a few weeks. I have yet to get that email and she has not responded to any phone calls or text messages since. *UPDATE* nothing says we ripped you off more than blocking your calls and texts
A disabled vet with a special needs dog ordered a brace and its been 7 weeks with no product. They quit responding to text messages from him . Meanwhile his deaf service dog suffers. Shame on them for this.
