Took my dogs to get groomed picked them up they only had given them baths and didn't brush their teeth as promised. Decided to give it another try showed up with my dogs to get groomed after scheduling a week prior and was told their paperwork was not up to date in their system so they refused to see them. No one told us this on the phone when they scheduled their appointment. Will not be going back.
My puppy started obedience classes today and is a wonderful place. I love how knowledgeable and nice the instructors are.
Vicky makes my raggity dogs look like rock stars every time! Mutterly Love treats my pets like their own. Its great to have a place you can rely on to take such great care of your animals!
My little guy has been to Mutterly Love for grooming and boarding for a year and a half, since we moved to Saint Joseph MI. Then a year ago he was diagnosed diabetic and the staff at Mutterly Love have been great! We board him fairly regularly, he is dropped off along with his insulin & syringes and a strict set of instructions and everything has gone well! I made an appointment for a private training class for my 4 month old puppy because we were having some trouble breaking a couple bad habits (nipping/biting us). Vicki spent zero time with the puppy and instead lectured me about how to create a completely subservient creature that isn't even allowed to bring me a toy to play with (she said that was akin to the dog saying, "throw this, bitch!"). I cannot say enough good things about this place. My Rocky gets so excited when he sees our suitcases. He knows it means a trip to Mutterly Love. I picked him up last night after a 7-day stay and he crashed in the car. He is sleeping on the couch now, completely worn out. The report cards they give out are so awesome and I always see the staff playing with the dogs. It truly is a home away from home. We have used Mutterly Love for everything from overnight trips to 16-day vacations. We love, love, love them.
